Nurse (RN) DMV for Country’s Leading Woundcare Company
Compensation: $85,000 - $115,000 total annual compensation (base plus incentive bonus)
United Woundcare Institute is the country’s leading mobile wound care company with operations in 16 States.
This position is for a lead intake and patient management nurse in our rapidly growing DMV market and will be a critical part of our care delivery team.
Our company is dedicated to healing wounds and employs a unique multi-disciplinary model across care environments to do so. You will be responsible primarily for seeing patients in their homes throughout the DMV.
Our model allows you to participate in practicing at the cutting edge of medical practice, utilizing advanced techniques including artificial, stem-cell and growth factor skin grafts which we will teach you to apply in the comfort of the patient’s living room.
Primary job duties including initial patient evaluation and documentation, supporting providers in assessing and treating patient, and leading the conservative wound care management of patients.
You much be willing to be trained in supporting advanced grafting and debridement techniques. You will be supported by a regional clinical and
operations team and national clinical leadership who will oversee cases and assure extraordinary clinical quality.
This is a position with very high compensation potential for the right candidate. Base will be likely $85,000 - $115,000 with high incentive compensation for performance.

Qualifications for this position:
RN degree
License in Maryland, preferred if VA and DC licensed as well
Ability to and willingness to travel to see patients in their homes throughout DMV with expectation of about 5 visits a day
Experience in woundcare a plus but not absolutely necessary
Expertise in understanding debridement a plus but not absolutely necessary
Blood draw capabilities a very big plus but not absolutely necessary
Willingness to learn, grow and move very fast
