Job Title - Assistant Superintendent - Multi-Family
Location - The role will be travelling across NC, SC & VA
It is preferred if you live in or near Raleigh.
Salary - Up too $90k Benefits (listed below)
Requirements
- 3 years experience, ideally Multi-family focus
- Understanding of multi-family construction techniques and materials
- Familiarity with industry standards for scheduling, contracting, cost reporting, safety, and quality control
- Capability to grasp and apply the technical components of construction
- Basic knowledge of National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) regulations
