Bright Achievements is a Behavioral Health Agency providing home-base Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services. We are looking for a caring and professional intake coordinator to assist families in the coordination of in home ABA services for children with autism.

Job Responsibilities:

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

• Intake & onboarding experience (preferred)

• Familiarity with ABA services (preferred)

• Marketing and networking experience

• Technologically savvy

• Proficiency in Google Workspace

• Excellent telecommunication skills

• Exceptional interpersonal skills

• Ability to pass background check

Responsibilities:

Receive & Manage Client Referrals

• Oversee all client referrals and direct prospective client emails/calls for ABA therapy services

• Maintain referral relationships and communication

• Provide initial parent support including detailed information on services available

• Maintain database of incoming referrals and present timely and thorough information to the clinical and staffing teams

• Complete steps related to onboarding new clients

• Collect initial client documents and maintain ongoing oversight of PHI documents

• Review verification of health insurance benefits with client and/or guardian

• If relevant, support clinical intake screenings with prospective clients

• If relevant, translate documents & interpret for Spanish speaking prospective clients

Quality Assurance

• Conduct quality assurance checks to maintain appropriate documentation and provide necessary feedback, checks and balances.

Other

• Attend meetings and events as needed

• Track key performance indicator data information as per tasks and responsibilities
