Total Employment Management is Hiring a BILLING SPECIALIST Near Quincy, WA

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00/hr DOE
Location: Quincy, WA

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for someone to step into a vital role with a large family-owned trucking company who has a history of long-term employee retention. We are looking for a billing clerk who thrives in an office environment that values dedication and precision.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILTIES:

  • Process and manage billing transactions using Excel-based software with accuracy.
  • Maintain and regularly update client accounts.
  • Identify and resolve any billing discrepancies, ensuring timely communication with customers.
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline the billing process.
  • Prepare, issue, and monitor invoices to guarantee prompt payment.
  • Ability to use basic office equipment, sit or stand for long periods of time, must be able to lift or move 20lbs
  • Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Current resume.
  • Highly proficient in using Excel and adept with various computer applications.
  • Demonstrates attention to detail and a high level of numerical accuracy.
  • Organized, able to prioritize tasks, and manage multiple assignments effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of clear and concise interactions.

EDUCATION:

  • 1 years of experience as a Billing Clerk or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with accounting computer programs.
  • Excellent math skills.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • High school diploma.
  • Further education is a plus.

Mon - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
