Associate Counselor- Full Time
Job Summary:
Responsible for assisting individuals, in accordance with their treatment plan, with mental health and/or substance use disorders to improve their ability to perform tasks in their daily living and working environments under close supervision of a Qualified Addiction Professional.

We're seeking a compassionate and driven Treatment Support Specialist to join our dedicated team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. You'll work under the guidance of licensed/qualified counselors or therapists, participating in the assessment and treatment planning process while adhering to State Regulatory/CARF guidelines. Here's what you'll do:

Key Responsibilities:

• Supportive Treatment Planning: Assist in the development of evolving and personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments, always ensuring the best interests of the clients.
• Timely Correspondence: Complete all necessary documentation promptly and efficiently, making sure all records are accurate and in compliance with State Regulatory/CARF/agency standards.
• Client-Centric Approach: Facilitate group and individual counseling sessions, focusing on promoting recovery, healthy decision-making, and improved problem-solving skills.
• Professional Growth: Engage in annual training to further enhance your skills, fulfilling a total of 36 hours every two years.
• Positive Relationships: Maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and referral sources, embodying our organization's Code of Ethics and values.
• Adaptability: Be open to obtaining licenses in additional states and providing telehealth services to our clients, reflecting our commitment to meeting their needs.
