A.S.K Electrical Corp is currently seeking an Assistant Project Manager to thrive in a fast-paced office and provide comprehensive support for the Project Management team. Qualified candidates must demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, communication skills, and be proactive in their approach to all work.

In this role you will support a fast-paced environment and:

• Prepare RFI’s
• Prepare Change Orders
• Assist with cost analysis
• Attend job site walk-throughs as necessary
• Coordinate job progress with field personnel
• Prepare and organize drawings for field personnel
• Provide support in maintaining professional and effective relationships with internal and external clients and vendors

What we are looking for:

• Working experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Dependable
• Basic math skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
