Location: NYC/ Long Island (Client home-based therapy )

Pay: $20-$30

About us:

DCDC is a new agency, started by experts of 30 years within the field. We provide home and community based therapy for children with special needs and on the autism spectrum.

Description:

As a behavior technician you will be working with patients to help them develop
behavioral skills and reduce problematic behaviors. We use interventions based
on ABA to help patients learn to communicate and boost their social and daily living skills. You will be working with patients in a variety of settings, including homes, schools and etc.

You will be working under the supervision of a BCBA or BCaBA. Whose responsibilities include:
• Implementing treatment plans
• Collecting and recording data on patient progress
• Providing support when needed

Who we are looking for:

• The ability to accept feedback and develop skills accordingly
• Effective time management skills
• Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships
• Commitment to client confidentiality
• Ability to interpret and implement clinical protocols

Candidates who drive are preferred.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) preferred.

We will assist behavior technician acquire RBT certification.
