Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man . As a Handy Man, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our facilities. This is a paid position with opportunities for growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment
- Identify and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
- Install fixtures, appliances, and equipment
- Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role
- Solid knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
