Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Career Services located in Queens, NY. The Director of Career Services will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the career services department. This includes building relationships with employers, delivering employability workshops to students, and developing job search strategies for students and graduates.
Qualifications
- Career Services, Recruiting, or Staffing experience
- Experience in providing job search strategies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and employers
- Knowledge of current industry trends and job market
- Experience in developing and implementing career development programs
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
