America's First Network Credit Union is Hiring a Member Service Representative Near Putnam, CT
Member Service Representative, Full Time
NE CT Healthcare Credit Union, a division of America’s First Network Credit Union, is seeking a full-time Member Service Representative based in Putnam, CT, located within the Day Kimball Hospital campus. This position may assist at other locations in Connecticut as needed.
The schedule will consist of a 35-hour work week, Monday – Friday with flexibility to cover for staff absences.
As a full time MSR, you will assist members with their financial transactions while providing friendly, professional, personal service. The ideal candidate will be well organized, detail-oriented, and accurate, with good communication skills, a general understanding of PCs with Windows-based applications, and calculators. Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job.
Previous experience in a credit union or banking environment is a plus. The starting rate is $18.00 - $22.00 an hour, based on experience. Interested candidates please send a resume and salary requirements to apply.
