- Oversee patient balances and send statements for collection.
- Maintain and manage accounts receivables.
- Support front desk staff by answering phones, scheduling appointments, and calling insurance.
- Post payments and call insurance companies.
- Completion of KPI reports weekly.
- Send pre-authorization and provide patients with estimates.
- Scanning documents, data entry, and other clerical work.
- Make each visit, the BEST dental experience our patients have ever had!
- Consistent follow-through.
- Be a “noticer”, and always look for ways to improve.
- Organized and efficient with computer work and paperwork.
- Teachable: values feedback, and consistent improvement while remaining self-confident.
- Time management: always prioritize high-value activities.
- Reception experience is preferred.
- Dental knowledge is also preferred, but not required.
