**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Fundraiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies to support our organization's mission and goals.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute strategic fundraising plans to achieve revenue goals
- Cultivate relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners
- Utilize Raiser's Edge or similar databases (or other means) to manage donor information and track fundraising progress
- Conduct research to identify other entities that are offering possible grants.
- Collaborate with the Founder/Owner to promote fundraising events and campaigns
- Experience in grant writing and proposal development is a bonus but not mandatory.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in fundraising or a related field
- Strong strategic planning skills
- Excellent relationship management abilities
- Proficiency in Raiser's Edge, similar fundraising software, or other means
- Ability to conduct thorough research for fundraising purposes
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Experience in grant writing is a plus
