- Baccalaureate degree in accounting required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in performing accounting functions including general ledger, with specific experience in financial statement preparation, financial analysis, process improvement, and auditing.
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in financial department oversight that includes effective team communication; recognition of quality performance of team members; mentoring; and providing interventions for staff members who may be under performing.
