Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Financial Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, a basic understanding of accounting principles, and a keen eye for data integrity. This role involves analyzing merchant information, lead records, preparing reports, and assisting in various financial projects to support our company's strategic goals.

Responsibilities  

- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.

- Perform light accounting tasks, including journal entries and reconciliations.

- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of CRM data.

- Identify trends and provide insights to support decision-making.

- Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze sales information.

- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.).

- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and data integrity.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with financial software and CRM systems like Salesforce.

- Experience in payments

Compensation and Benefits

- $60,000 - $75,000 depending on direct experience
