Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract customers and promote the products or services of other companies.

Duties:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for various platforms
- Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Support the development of marketing materials such as brochures, advertisements, and presentations
- Monitor social media platforms and engage with customers
- Analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies

Skills:

- Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas and information
- Proficiency in market research techniques and analysis
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with fundraising, customer service, sales, telemarketing, door-to-door sales, and negotiation techniques is a plus
- Familiarity with supervising or leading marketing campaigns is advantageous

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
