Job Overview: Provides culturally responsive intake and assessment using DC: 0-5 and other early childhood screens and assessments, treatment planning, psychotherapy, and care coordination for early childhood population in Preschool Day Treatment program. Population served includes SMSC Community Member children, Scott County Native American children, and SMSC Tribal Operations/Gaming Enterprise employee children. Provides consultation and family therapy to parents/guardians of children served. Provides consultation and follow-up to parents, teachers, and supervisors regarding client progress, development of interventions and recommendations for other services. Works collaboratively with other staff, responds to emergencies, and can fill in for other staff as needed. Maintains a flexible work schedule and can accommodate the schedules of the parents of the children served.
