What you will do:
- Follow all securities industry compliance, regulatory and licensing requirements
- Provide support by gathering data, developing analysis and scenarios, packaging and positing meeting materials, manage meeting notes and action items
- Maintaining accurate client notes in CRM and utilize for workflows and opportunities
- Participate in client meetings, manage client meeting notes and action items
- Investment research and due diligence
- Prepare updates, quarterly investment reviews and annual reviews by summarizing investment performance, account values and benchmark comparisons
- Nurture existing client relationships through contact, meetings and communication
- Attend conferences and continuing education events
- Ongoing continuing education and staying abreast of industry trends and regulatory issues
Education: Bachelor’s degree, finance or accounting preferred
- 1 years’ experience in a financial planning support position strongly preferred, but not required
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Must be able to pass background check
- Excellent oral, written, analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
