• The ability to work a 12-hour rotating shift including days, nights, and two weekends a month
• Able to reach, stoop, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Work effectively in very hot and cold temperatures
• Basic math skills, advanced problem-solving, ability to multi-task, analytical skills
• High School Graduate or GED

Job Duties:

• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean orderly work areas
• As product exits the finished saw, lift extrusion onto packing jigs and assemble standard size bundles
• Apply product protection, battens and banding to secure the product in uniform high-quality bundles
• Identify non-conforming material and sorts
• Assists in the sawing of scrap into shorter lengths
• Measure dimensions, print bundle tags, report production, identify product
• Supplies stock material to lines.
• Understands material segregation of orders and alloys while maintaining accurate traceability by customer order.
• Assist in other areas and departments as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned.
