WHAT YOU'LL DO Every single day, our Marketing team searches for surprising and refreshing ways to create connections with our customers and consumers. As a Sr. Brand Manager, you’ll have a significant, measurable impact on our revenue and margin growth by leading cross-functional teams to commercialize innovative, consumer-driven products within a leading omnichannel brand, and #1 sparkling water in the category. Reports to: Director, Brand Management Direct Reports: N/A Location: Onsite at our Preston, WA office 4 days a week Annual Bonus Potential: 8% - Eligibility is based on the company hitting annual financial targets. Base Salary: $115,000 - $160,000 (depending on experience) Note: New hires typically receive between minimum and midpoint, however, we may go slightly higher based on experience, internal equity, and mark Identify white space growth opportunities for the brand and company within the brand’s category and adjacent ones. Develop and recommend the long-term vision and key strategies for the brand with a wide scope encompassing cross-functional areas including sales, shopper marketing, supply chain, sales, and finance. Develop and own the annual brand business plan and the brand activity grid to deliver on key Brand KPIs. Measure key brand, financial, and marketing investment KPIs while taking action against learning. Synthesize insights/action areas and own execution by engaging the appropriate resources. Lead the development of a marketing strategy that helps deliver brand KPIs and own production of all communication materials across all contact points in close collaboration with Marketing Services. Lead and align cross-functional areas including sales, shopper marketing, supply chain, sales, and finance to develop and execute successful commercial plans to deliver financial and share plans and targets. Develop annual goals and execute against those strategies with the objective to improving brand performance. Mentor Associate Brand/Brand Managers. Complete other responsibilities as assigned. WHAT YOU BRING Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent experience. Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in product/brand management, ideally with a Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) company. 1-2 years of experience with people management preferred. Demonstrated experience leading complex initiatives across the organization. Experience developing strategy and working with strategic frameworks. Proven strong analytical/ quantitative and problem-solving skills. Experience with end-to-end product development and commercialization processes. Can communicate complex concepts and issues effectively, selecting language, tone, and format targeted to the audience. Experience conducting regular reviews of business effectiveness/efficiency and making these reviews part of the business process. Ability to outline a clear direction for teams and understand the interdependencies across the company to deliver on strategic priorities. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel). Excel and PowerPoint guru. (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables). Experience with Syndicated Data (IRI preferred). Familiarity with traditional trade channels: food, mass, club, and convenience. A willingness to navigate change and ambiguity. Regional Sales Managers and Sales Directors – We use the leader in vehicle reimbursement solutions, Motus. This program provides a monthly fixed and variable rate that adheres to IRS guidelines for the business use of personal vehicles. HQ Directors/VPs – Vehicle Stipend – This role qualifies for a vehicle stipend equaling $650/$800 monthly. 401k with Immediate Vesting.
