Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Paint Associate to join our team. The Paint Associate will be responsible for assisting with various painting projects..The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction painting and possess a range of maintenance person skills.

Duties:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and patching as necessary
- Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes to various surfaces
- Use airless paint sprayers and other painting equipment to achieve desired results
- Install fixtures and perform remodeling tasks as required
- Perform frame carpentry work, including measuring, cutting, and installing trim
- Assist with concrete finishing tasks such as applying stucco or plaster
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner and meets quality standards

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of construction painting techniques and best practices
- Proficiency in using airless paint sprayers and other painting equipment
- Experience with fixture installation and remodeling projects
- Solid carpentry skills for frame installation and trim work
- Familiarity with concrete finishing techniques such as stucco or plaster application
- Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet project deadlines
