In this rewarding role, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents, providing them with the personalized care they deserve.
What You'll Do
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as dressing, bathing, and grooming.
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in residents' health conditions to the RN.
- Provide basic wound care and medication administration under the supervision of an RN.
- Assist with activities and therapies to help residents maintain their independence and quality of life.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for our residents.
- Current and active LPN license in good standing.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care or a related healthcare setting (preferred).
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing compassionate care.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- A patient and empathetic demeanor with a focus on resident dignity and respect.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize tasks.
