Due to our record-breaking years, we are looking to add an Inventory Specialist to join our Crane Mat department.

This is a heavy data entry, document collection and numbers focused role that will work closely with the Inventory Managers and Crane Mat Traders at VFP .

Duties while working with Inventory Managers :

• Order management and tracking
• Updating spreadsheets and key systems with transactional data such as expenses and sales revenues.
• Reaching out to mills and reload facilities to collect Bill of Ladings (BOLs)
• Entering purchase orders and order confirmations into proprietary order management software
• Processing shipping invoices for payment

Duties while working directly with Crane Mat Traders :

• Maintaining spreadsheets of jobs for traders
• Obtaining signed copies of rental agreements
• Track rental projects and assisting with inventory management
• Creating and facilitating of documents and Bill of Ladings
• Making sure customers have access to all the data they need to make payments in a timely fashion

Education and / or Experience :

Bachelor or Associate’s degree from a college or technical school preferred

• Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic acting as a team player
• A numbers driven individual who possess a strong attention to detail with a focus in accuracy.
• Organized, reliable and dependable
• An analytical and critical thinker who enjoys problem solving
