TEKsystems is Hiring a Remote Inside sales specialist

Job Description :

  • Receive and process incoming PO's from customers and ensure quotations / pricing adds up to internal system
  • Communicate with customers and engineers if quotations do / don't align to make adjustments
  • Act as liaison between customers, sales team, and engineers to ensure PO's are clean and processed through accurately
  • Coordinate with customer service team once PO's are executed to answer any questions to ensure smooth customer experience
  • Facilitate order forecasting for sales team
  • Work with low volume, highly complex orders
  • Accurately provide information and updates to clients via email and phone communication

Skills :

Customer service, Sales support, quotations

Additional Skills & Qualifications :

  • 3 years of customer service, quotations, inside sales, sales support, order entry, or account management experience within a manufacturing company
  • Basic Excel exp (knowledge of formulas, basic understanding of pivot tables)
