- Develop and implement design procedures and methods.
- Create building designs in accordance with industry standards, state and local building and zoning codes.
- Resource for design and code concerns.
- Provides product technical assistance internally and in the field.
- Performs custom quoting, pricing assistance and training to sales.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with structural emphasis is required.
- Post-frame construction knowledge is a plus.
- Familiarity with finite element structural analysis and design software.
- Proficient with AutoCAD.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience with an ERP system is a plus.
