Pride Institute is celebrating our 37th year of providing our clients with an inclusive and accepting place for recovery through evidence-based treatment for substance abuse, sexual health and mental health. Our Residential Treatment Center (RTC) staff in Eden Prairie and our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) staff in Uptown Minneapolis understand the issues the LGBTQIA community face, and our mission is to give clients the tools needed for addiction and mental health recovery.
We are excited to announce that we are adding a designated Case Manager to our multi-disciplinary Team! The Case Manager will be responsible for the coordination of administrative and discharge planning for all Pride Institute clients. Our Case Manager will gather information from the Team and our clients and formulate Aftercare Plans that continue to provide quality treatment to our clients and their loved ones and ensure best possible outcomes.
The Case Manager:
This will primarily be a Monday through Friday, daytime hours position, and will report to our Director of Clinical Services.
