CLIMATEC is Hiring a Service Coordinator Near Poway, CA
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Service Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, relationship management, and behavioral health.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the coordination and delivery of services to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor individual service plans
- Manage budgets and ensure financial accountability
- Supervise a team of service providers
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, families, and community partners
- Collaborate with social workers and other professionals to address client needs
- Participate in program development and improvement initiatives
Experience:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
- Strong administrative skills
- Experience in program management
- Excellent relationship management abilities
- Background in behavioral health or social work
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
- Demonstrated success in program development
- Experience supervising staff
- Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities
