Role: Project Manager (Field Services Management & Mobile Workforce Management Solutions)
Location: Poughkeepsie, NY (Onsite)
Required:
Strong experience project managing field services management and mobile workforce management solutions for utilities
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field)
7 years of professional experience formally leading projects within a cross-functional environment
Strong experience working within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Waterfall and Iterative models
Ability to tactfully drive indirect reports and pivot while maintaining order in a fast-paced business environment
Experience providing a service to internal stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes
Demonstrated capability for problem solving, decision making, sound judgment, assertiveness
Experienced user of MS Project and MS Office toolset (Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint)
Preferred:
Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma, or Agile certification
Experience working in Software Development and Test Organizations
Master’s degree (in aforementioned fields)
Experience in Energy & Utilities or services industry
Experience with SAP implementations or optimizations
Experience with PPM tools (e.g., UMT360, Planview, ServiceNow, Project Server Online, etc.)
Experience in a consultative role with an implementation service organization or start-up
