AFI Glass & Architectural Metal Inc. is actively seeking self-motivated, forward-thinking candidates for Project Management positions. AFI is a Premier Glazing Contractor specializing in Design, Engineering, Fabrication and Installation of Aluminum & Glass Curtainwall, Storefront, Entrances, Windows, Custom Structural Glass Systems, Heavy Glass Partitions, Metal Panels, Custom Ornamental Metals and much more. The company has an extensive resume of successfully completed projects and has been awarded Glass Magazines "Top 50 Glaziers in the United States." Our main office is located in Poughkeepsie, NY. We promote a collaborative work environment and project management candidates should be able to report to the main office and/or various project jobsites, in person, on a daily basis.
Project Manager Requirements:
- Candidates that cannot make daily commute to main office located in Poughkeepsie, NY, need not apply
- Relevant Construction Management, Project Management, Estimating and/or Architectural Experience preferred
- 2 to 4 Year Degree in Construction Management or equivalent preferred
- Experience with Glass and Glazing, Façade Systems, Ornamental Metals or Similar is preferred
- Business acumen
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong leadership, Resourceful, Organized
- Time management skills and ability to multi task
- Computer Savvy
- Ability to work as a team in a collaborative environment
