Lead Toddler/Preschool Teachers
Toddler Time Child Development Center is growing and seeking teachers who are energetic and passionate about the physical, mental, and emotional growth and development of the children in our care.

-To ensure success as a lead teachers, you should be compassionate and able to work well under pressure.

-Communicate with parents to keep them informed about their children's progress, as well as manage student behavior to create a productive learning environment.

-Be adept at potty training, diaper changes, and other tasks that promote children's healthy development.

-Be able to teach students with different learning styles, while being able to manage children's difficult behaviors, and to make all children feel safe and loved.

-Must be patient and able to redirect little ones in a nurturing manner without getting frustrated easily.

-Must use classroom management to create a positive atmosphere, implement consistent techniques, and train and mentor other teachers.

Must have at least 2yr Experience within a childcare field, Must have CDA , Associates, or Bachelors in Early Childhood Development. Call 757-779-4195 to set up an interview!! Submit a resume with references.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
