Responsibilities For The Tax Manager Include
- Preparation of all ASC740 tax provisions
- Deferred tax, tax footnote, and tax disclosure work at year end
- Work closely with external auditors
- Assist with the development of internal controls
- FIN 48 analysis and documentation
- Calculate and pay federal, state and capital taxes
- Create and monitor the tax filing calendar
- Prepare all federal and state extensions
- Research and determine impact of new tax regulations
- Create models to drive tax improvement
- A minimum of 5 years corporate tax experience
- CPA and/or MST required
- Large company corporate tax experience
