A highlight of qualifications needed:
Lead, plan, and manage all manufacturing activities and related functions at two or more facilities.
Lead manufacturing supervision in utilizing Total Quality Production System (TQPS) techniques to standardize processes/methods and to identify manufacturing problems and eliminate waste.
Ensure that feasibility studies are carried out correctly for the products to be manufactured at the facility, compatible with the footprint, investment, and quality capabilities planned.
Develop and monitor Lean activities and a manufacturing continuous improvement system.
Review quotations of new products
10-15 years in automotive stamping
Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering
Launch products and engineering changes
Master Capacity Plan, Annual plan and budget,
Key Measure targets, Trend analysis
TS16949/ISO 14001 auditor training
Lean Six Sigma certification
