You will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks. You will also manage all SEM campaigns on Google, Yahoo and Bing in order to maximize ROI. Ideally, we would like this position to be hybrid, with some occasional attendance in the Portland, OR Metro area. However, we are open to discussing this position being fully remote for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with others within the marketing department to manage SEO strategy
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery and research
- Research and implement SEO recommendations for existing content
- Work with web designers and copywriters to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on new projects
- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
- Write compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions to improve website traffic
Develop and implement off-page SEO strategy in concert with greater company PR strategy - Monitor performance metrics with tools like Google Analytics
- Build new Paid Search and Display campaigns with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in Paid Search
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics, search engine rankings, and PPC initiatives and campaigns
Requirements and skills
- Proven SEO experience
- Proven PPC experience managing campaigns across Google and Microsoft.
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
- Understanding of audience-building and remarketing
- In-depth experience with website analytics tools
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and PPC
- BS degree or higher
