The Hilton Garden is looking for a full time Restaurant Server to join their amazing team!

The position pays $15.50 per hour

PM shift: Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights

The Position:

Service of food and/or beverage to include the order taking and delivery of any food and/or beverage items. This task is to be handled in a friendly, courteous, timely and professional manner.

Duties:

• Take food orders
• Provide a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere for the guests
• Mix drinks
• Deliver food and beverages
• Greet the guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain the buffet
• Side work duties
• Input the order in the POS system
• Retrieve and deliver order, checking for accuracy.
• Handle guest complaints using diplomacy
• Present the check to the guest
• Help in the kitchen with stocking and cleaning
• Help with the washing of dishes
• Other duties as assigned

Experience

Prior customer service, serving and hospitality experience preferred.
