Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Must have a Medical Coding Certification
- Minimum 2 years medical coding experience required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well independently and can make sound judgement calls as needed
- Works well under pressure and can meet deadlines
- Ability to ramp up quickly and jump into medical coding duties with little to no training
- Behavioral health coding experience desired, not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and EMR Systems required
