ORG Services is Hiring a Delivery Driver Near Portland, CT

Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Delivery Driver to join our team. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering cannabis products to dispensaries. Hours may vary based on delivery schedule and on-site production schedules.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate a delivery van or vehicle to transport packages to designated locations
- Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries
- Load and unload packages from the vehicle
- Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Communicate effectively with customers to address any questions or concerns
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any incidents or discrepancies
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance

Skills
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Experience as a van driver, delivery driver, or in route driving is preferred
- Proficient in driving both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to load and unload packages, including heavy lifting when necessary
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely deliveries
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining delivery records

Requirements:

- Must be 21 years of age to apply

- Must be able to pass a federal background check

- Must have a clean driving record
