Qualities:
- Very organized regarding tasks and project management
- Able to manage multiple projects at a time, while meeting deadlines
- Personable and professional. Comfortable with constant communication with brokers, vendors, and investors
- Desire to learn and expand your knowledge of real estate, businesses, and transactions
- Excited about being a part of a start-up and growing company
Required Experience:
- 1 year working for a real estate firm, primarily focused on marketing and branding
- Base understanding of leases and listing agreements
- Understanding of Microsoft Outlook and other office programs including Excel and PowerPoint
Value-Added Experience:
- Underwriting or processing real estate transactions
- Marketing, branding, or design experience or degree
- Project managment
- Website creation and/or editing
Role/Job Duties:
- Report to and provide support to our Director of Real Estate & Investments related to various real estate tasks, operating 2-3 real estate companies, and assisting in the processing of real estate transactions
- Marketing--create marketing templates and files for lease and for-sale listings and investment pitch decks
- Websites--manage and make regular edits to 2-3 websites under oversight; manage online presence, including SEO, Google analytics, and Google ad words for 2-3 related companies
- Social Media--manage social media sites for 1-3 related start-up entities
- Filter through various real estate opportunities from search platforms, identifying those that meet our criteria and passing to the Director
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
