KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Worksheet creation, repair, and maintenance Purchasing agent for assigned jobs Maintain perpetual count in the worksheet Reconciliation of raw and finished material (preparation of loss reports) Insure perpetual inventory levels are accurate and readily available Track allowable inventory limits and insure customer accountability Price assigned inventories Insure timely preparation and distribution of receivers.
Provide material cost estimates.
Tracking of Certificates of Insurance.
Insure disposition of outdated.
Unusable materials.
Setup of new programs, as needed, for improvement in all areas.
Other duties as assigned.
