Job Summary:
We are seeking a Camp Director to oversee the operations and management of our educational summer camp. The Camp Director will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging environment for students while promoting educational and recreational activities. This is a leadership role that requires experience working with students and a background in education administration.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement camp programs and activities that align with educational objectives
- Supervise and train camp staff, including counselors and instructors
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all camp participants
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school administrators to address any concerns or issues
- Manage camp budget and resources effectively
- Maintain accurate records of camp attendance, activities, and evaluations
- Coordinate transportation, meals, and accommodations for campers
- Plan and organize special events, field trips, and guest speakers

Skills:
- Experience working with students in an educational setting
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of education administration principles and practices
- Ability to educate and inspire camp participants
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Previous experience in camp management or related role
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license
