Neches Federal Credit Union is Hiring a Title Processor Near Port Neches, TX
ADDITIONAL REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 1 yr. of Credit Union experience or Degree in related field
- Have ability to multi-task
- The ability to work independently while displaying initiative
- Capability to work within deadline timeframes
- Professional phone etiquette
- Exhibits attention to detail and organization skills
- Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Display a high level of professionalism
- Dependable; punctual and regular attendance
- Team oriented and ability to work collaboratively
- Willingness to learn new processes to grow
- Review all incoming title work documents for accuracy and completeness on collateralized loans.
- Work reports to ensure all liens are completed within appropriate timeframes.
- Work with the loan team to determine all necessary and correct title work documentation.
- Processing title documents and securing proper liens.
- Securing UCC liens when applicable.
- Correcting existing title problems.
- Answer Member calls in relation to title work.
- Work with title offices in various counties and states to ensure perfected liens.
- Stay up to date with state regulations and policies.
- Keep current with our Products and Services.
Location: Administration (Port Neches)
Hours: Scheduled for 40-hours per week between the hours of Monday through Friday 8:15AM to 5:15PM
