Allegria Nursing & Rehab is currently seeking a COTA to work for our Skilled Nursing Facility in Port Jefferson Station, NY
Responsibilities
- Assist residents in carrying out daily activities
- Monitor Resident's performance in therapy activities, providing encouragement
- Teach residents how to use special equipment to assist with daily function
- Work in collaboration with the OT to establish a rehabilitation plan
- Experience in Long Term Care setting preferred
- A graduate of an accredited COTA program
- NYS licensed
- EducationEntry Level (0-2 years)
