The regional program manager provides case management services to host homes assigned on their caseload. The caseload consists of kids and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The program manager works as a support for the individual, the employees, homes and the rest of the team. The role of the program manager is also to maintain compliance for Department of Mental Health and Children's Division.
