As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintenance of the facility including preventative maintenance, repair and installation of facilities equipment and facilities. Your primary responsibility is to maintain the facility in a safe and compliant manner to ensure the best quality care for our patients and our staff.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have valid Driver's License and personal vehicle.
- Must have knowledge of electrical, mechanical, air-conditioning and HVAC systems.
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
- Ability to use tools, common hand tools and power tools.
- COVID –19 Vaccination approved exemption status.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on all electrical, air-conditioning & heating systems, plumbing systems, electrical lighting fixtures, etc. , fire alarm systems, etc. .
- Install new heating and air-conditioning units and boilers.
- Prepare for winter by purchasing supplies, purchasing heaters, air conditioners, etc. , setting up heating ducts etc. .
- Complete all required documentation for the next business day including but not limited to logbooks, service calls etc. .
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
