Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one applied behavior analytic services to clients.
- Teach skills to improve social and communication abilities.
- Implement treatment plans designed by Board-Certified Behavior Analysts.
- Collect and accurately document client data.
- Receive ongoing supervision and feedback.
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children.
- Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma.
- RBT certification training based on BACB credentials.
