Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and caring Dental Assistant to join our amazing team! As a Dental Assistant, you will provide top-notch dental care that makes our Patients feel like family. You will assist the dentist during procedures, and help our Patients have a great visit. Our office is a top Invisalign Provider in Jacksonville and we are passionate about providing this service to our patients. The ideal candidate has some Invisalign experience and at least two years of dental office experience. However, we are willing to train the right candidate! If you’re friendly, outgoing, and committed to creating a fantastic dental experience, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Welcome patients into the treatment area and make them feel comfortable
  • Discuss treatment plan with patients and answer any questions they have
  • Prep sterilized equipment and set-up and break down treatment room
  • Take vital signs and accurately record medical histories
  • Perform preliminary exams and collect oral health histories
  • Assist dentist for all procedures
  • Assist Hygienist when needed
  • Take accurate Intra-oral scans with scanner
  • Take x-rays
  • Assist dentist during exams
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and office policies

Qualifications and Skills
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in dental assisting preferred
  • Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and all dentistry safety guidelines
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
