Duties:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries
- Assist with setting up and cleaning tables before and after service
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and delivery
- Handle cash transactions and process payments using POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area

Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Experience in bartending or working in the food industry is a plus
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Familiarity with banquet, catering, or restaurant operations is preferred
- Strong attention to detail
