**Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in concrete finishing, masonry, and using various hand and power tools. If you are detail-oriented and passionate about working with concrete, we want to hear from you.
**Duties:**
- Prepare surfaces prior to concrete application
- Set forms that hold concrete in place
- Direct the casting of the concrete and supervise laborers who use shovels or special tools
- Monitor the curing of the concrete to ensure a durable, smooth, and uniform finish
- Apply hardening and sealing compounds to cure surfaces
- Repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role
- Proficient in working with concrete mixers, plaster, stucco, and building materials
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for concrete projects
- Familiarity with power tools used in construction
- Knowledge of frame carpentry techniques for formwork assembly
- Strong understanding of concrete finishing techniques
- Experience with masonry work is a plus
- Proficiency in using both hand tools and power tools
