ARE YOU AN ESTIMATING EXPERT?

  • Technical Skills: You possess a keen eye for detail, strong analytical abilities, and a deep understanding of building specifications. Additionally, you're well-versed in South Florida building codes and norms.

  • Cost-Effective Problem Solver: You have a knack for identifying the most cost-effective materials and vendors while maintaining the highest quality standards.

  • Proven Estimator: An Associate's degree in construction (or a related field) is a plus, but we highly value demonstrable experience as an estimator in a general contracting/construction management firm.

YOU WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Analyze Project Details and Cost Components: Review specifications, plans, and all relevant information to gather requirements and identify costs for each project component.

  • Manage Project Scope & Budget: Utilize Microsoft Project for scheduling and prepare final estimates in Excel, ensuring efficient project execution and cost control.
