Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative and patient service support in a chiropractic setting.

Responsibilities:

- Assist chiropractors with patient care and treatment procedures
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records
- Greet patients and ensure a welcoming environment
- Manage patient check-ins and check-outs
- Handle billing and insurance verification processes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient confidentiality

Requirements:

- Proven experience in medical administrative support or related field
- Familiarity with medical terminology and electronic health record systems (Epic, eClinicalWorks)
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective patient service
- Knowledge of ER procedures is a plus
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Certification as a Medical Receptionist would be advantageous
