Job Description: Seeking a dedicated and experienced Machine Assembler to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling machine parts and components using a variety of hand and power tools. Your keen attention to detail and mechanical ability will ensure that the machines meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble machine parts and components using a variety of hand and power tools.
• Follow mechanical blueprint instructions to assemble machines and verify detailing.
• Advise the Lead or Supervisor of any issues promptly.
• Assemble machines with minimal guidance and meet all deadlines.
• Scan jobs into the Made2Manage (M2M) and traveler systems.
• Follow all safety procedures in handling equipment and machines.
• Distinguish between parts and ensure precise detailing.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Move parts and components to various departments as needed.
• Perform welding (TIG and MIG experience is a plus).
• Undertake other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Assembler in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical ability and knowledge of tools.
• Welding experience in TIG and MIG is a plus.
• Requires minimal guidance to assemble machines efficiently.
• Comprehensive knowledge of safety procedures.
• Effective organization and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with good judgment and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Consistently meet all deadlines.
