We are seeking at talented Field Service Technician for an on-site role in Poestenkill, NY.
Travel is required for this role.
As the Field Service Technician, you are the backbone of our customer relationships. You'll be the bridge between our production and our clients, ensuring seamless pre- and post-sale experiences.
Technically Speaking
- Collaborate with Service Engineering to commission and troubleshoot sensor systems.
- Diagnose and resolve complex in-house system functions.
- Utilize electrical schematics, multimeters, oscilloscopes to pinpoint issues.
- Configure and calibrate final system configurations pre-delivery.
- Maintain and update technical documentation.
- Holding a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, or a similar field.
- Bringing 3 years of hands-on experience to the table.
- Having a strong understanding of electrical schematics, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and MS Suite.
- Possessing a love for learning, with programming a plus.
- Demonstrating a positive and collaborative spirit.
- Thriving in both independent and team-oriented environments.
